Versatile Stevenson impresses at Army combine
SAN ANTONIO, Texas - On Friday, 500 of the top junior football players from across the country congregated on the Alamodome for the U.S. Army All-American Combine. The players went through a variety of tests before going through one-on-ones and position drills.
One prospect that caught the eye of many Rivals.com analysts was Klein (Texas) Oak's Max Stevenson. The 6-foot-6, 228-pound junior plays receiver in the Panther offense, but worked out with the tight ends at the combine. He was the most impressive at the position during his group's workouts.
