Missouri will open spring football in less than a month. Between now and then, PowerMizzou.com will take a look at every position on the roster headed into spring drills. We look today at the cornerbacks:

The Starters: Carl Gettis and Kevin Rutland are back for their senior seasons. Each started all of last year, so there's not much reason to expect that to change in 2010.

The Backup Competition: Again, not much will be different, at least for spring ball. Kip Edwards really came on toward the end of the year and should be the third corner. Munir Prince, Trey Hobson and Robert Steeples will fight it out for the next spot.
