Hampton (Va.) Phoebus weakside defensive end/outside linebacker Daquan Romero has been a priority target for the Cavaliers since Mike London was hired as head coach. The 6-foot, 210-pound defender has listed Virginia and North Carolina as his leaders throughout but most recently it was the Tar Heels who held the advantage.
