Notes: Harold drops pounds in summer
The good news for Kansas State is that defensive end Brandon Harold, whose health has remained a big topic after the 2008 freshman All-American played in only one game last season and missed the spring game in April, apparently continues to progress in unsupervised practices during the summer. But one defensive teammate contends Harold's return to full strength came with a small price: In an effort to gain speed, he had to cut his weight.
