Mullen talking Georgia Bulldogs
Mississippi State started the season off on fire blowing out Memphis 49-7 to start the season.
The Bulldogs had little time to celebrate as they jumped right into Southeastern Conference play in a short week against Auburn and a road test at LSU. MSU dropped both of those contests giving Saturday's league tilt with Georgia even greater importance.
"We're excited," said MSU head coach Dan Mullen. "It's a big week for our team right now. We've played two tough Top 25 teams the past two weeks and came up short. This is a big game for us to get the season turned around in the right direction and on the winning track. We're looking to improve our program from where we were last year."
Georgia finds themselves in similar shoes having dropped their first two conference contests as well. The visiting Bulldogs won big over Louisiana in week one before losing two straight to South Carolina and Arkansas.
