Michigan offered a scholarship to Red Bank (N.J.) Catholic tight end Jack Tabb in July, and immediately became a school of interest for the 6-4, 230-pound prospect. He made an unofficial visit to Ann Arbor soon after receiving that offer, and is now working out an official visit with the Wolverines.

The original plan was for Tabb to make his decision before the start of his senior season. He took unofficial visits to several schools, but afterward still decided to take his recruitment out into the fall.
