Coming out of Gordo High School in Alabama in 2009, East Mississippi Community College defensive back Izauea Lanier picked up offers from Kentucky, Mississippi State and Troy, but eventually committed to Auburn.
This time around, he and Auburn have parted ways after the Tigers' coaching staff asked him to open his recruitment and Tennessee and Troy have offered. Florida, Ole Miss and Arkansas have all expressed interest recently.
