K-State looking for consistency on defense
Suitable answers to questions about what took place during Kansas State's 44-36 loss to Colorado didn't present themselves in the 48 hours following the game, but as players and coaches re-watched the Buffaloes gain each of their 476 offensive yards on film, the problem wasn't any less clear. In its fifth loss of 2010, K-State was once again dreadful against the run, an area that has proved to be a major nemesis for this year's team.
