Second half surge leads to KU rout
Facing a ranked opponent for the first time this season, No. 4 ranked Kansas (8-0; 0-0) certainly answered the call on Tuesday night. In the first game of the Jimmy V Classic, the Jayawks turned a two point halftime lead into a 13 point rout over No. 13 Memphis (7-1; 0-0), 81-68. Four players scored in double figures for Kansas, including a game high 16 points from junior center Markieff Morris.
