Pullen's layup rallies Wildcats to victory
AMES, Iowa -- They say Hilton Coliseum is full of tricks, and the ones it pulled out of its mysterious bag on Saturday were as impressive as any. With a little help from Iowa State's defense, the storied arena turned an inexperienced freshman and a player that had played just nine total minutes since Jan. 12 into certified game-changers. Kansas State's 86-85 win over the Cyclones saw Will Spradling and Nick Russell combine for 27 points that helped earn the squad's first Big 12 road win of the season.
