Class of 2013 prospect Ben Oberste already has the attention of several college programs, including the University of Tulsa. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound dual-threat quarterback from Sallisaw (Okla.) had a solid showing at Tulsa's prospect camp in early June despite fatigue from a team camp the day before.
