Fred Hill came to Northwestern with a reputation as a strong recruiter, and the assistant coach is starting to put that reputation to work for the Wildcats. Hill extended an offer last week to Reggie Cameron, a three-star New Jersey small forward Hill had recruited when he was the head coach at Rutgers.
