It took four-plus seasons, but Kansas State finally hoisted a trophy into the air for Coach Frank Martin, winning the championship game of the Diamond Head Classic in Honolulu on Sunday in impressive fashion. The Wildcats finished their unbeaten run in the eight-team event by routing Long Beach State, 77-60.
