Mandeville, La., running back Charles Jones has had the Kansas State Wildcats high in his mind since last summer when his interest in the Big 12 program jumped up to a new level. K-State running backs coach Michael Smith had been in contact with Jones leading up to his senior season and the recruitment came to a peak when Smith visited the Jones household Monday evening.
