Georgia Tech rising sophomore running back Charles Perkins has been waiting for chance to become same type of player he was in high school. At Collins Hills, Perkins dominated defenders with his speed and power, but after flip-flopping between A-back and B-back his first two years at Tech, he feels like he is finally in the right position to make an impact for the Jackets.
