MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - Michigan State showed significant improvement in the passing game against Central Michigan on Saturday in comparison to the season opener against Boise State.

There is still a lot of work remaining for first-year starting Andrew Maxwell and his young crew of wide receivers.
