Results: Seffner (Fla.) Armwood defeated Tampa (Fla.) Jefferson 35-21.
Game Note: Armwood got off to a slow start trailing 21-7 at the half.
Quotable: "I don't want to say I'm any kind of prophet," Hawks coach Sean Callahan said to Tampa Bay Online. "But on the field at halftime, I told our guys I knew we'd win this game."
Next Up: The Hawks (4-1) host Tampa (Fla.) Sickles (3-1)
Rivals100 defensive lineman [db]Caleb Brantley
Results: Crescent City (Fla.) lost to Chiefland (Fla.) 34-0.
Next trip to Florida: Brantley plans on being at Florida's game against LSU this weekend for an unofficial visit.
Next Up: The Raiders (1-4) travel to Tallahassee (Fla.) Florida A&M (3-2).
Three-star offensive lineman Cameron Dillard
Results: Canton (Mich.) defeated Livonia (Mich.) Franklin 35-34.
Note: Florida offensive line coach Tim Davis was in attendance.
On Davis in attendance: "It was great for him to come, it was an exciting game and maybe a little closer than I would like for him to see, but great that he came."
Next Up: Canton (4-2) will host Caton (Mich.) Plymouth (5-1).
Rivals100 wide receiver Ahmad Fulwood
Results: Jacksonville (Fla.) Bishop Kenny lost to Orange Park (Fla.) Ridgeview 42-35.
Note: Fulwood was taken out in the third quarter due to a collision with a teammate.
Stats: In a little over two quarters of play, Fulwood had seven catches for 130-yards and two touchdowns while adding another touchdown rushing the ball.
Quotable: "They said I wasn't looking too good and said I needed to sit out," said the Florida commitment to the Florida Times Union, who vowed he would be back for next week's district game against Forrest.
