Spring Preview: Tall tasks for new coaches
Spring practice is filled with great anticipation every year in Gainesville, FL as the Florida Gators take the field and begin preparations for the upcoming season.
It will be the first time fans get the opportunity to watch hear about the freshmen early enrollees, which players the coaches believe are making the quantum leap from the fringe to the forefront, and how the team is coming together in its first extended period of time together outside of the weight room.
Florida will be on the Sanders Football Practice beginning on Wednesday, March 13, holding 14 practices before concluding the practice slate with the 2013 Orange & Blue Debut on Saturday, April 6 at 1 p.m.
Yet while the players are always the focus of the spring practice, the Gators will also be introducing a shuffled coaching staff that has a lot of work to do in order to get these players ready for the upcoming season. ITG takes a look at the tall tasks that the newest members of the coaching staff have in front of them heading into the spring.
