With the April 14 late signing period date looming, Malik Hairston is ready to move forward in his recruitment. Before he makes his final decision, the 6-foot-5, 190-pound shooting guard/small forward from Renaissance High School in Detroit, MI., will conduct in-home visits with the schools still involved in his recruitment. Its not yet known how many visits will take place, but JayhawkSlant.com has confirmed that a member of the Kansas coaching staff will be in Detroit this week to visit with the Hairston family.
