Booker, backs ready for spring

Warchant.com It would make sense that Florida State tailback Lorenzo Booker (pictured) could sit back and watch as a trio of youngsters fight for extended playing time this fall. But Booker has used the off-season to solidify his hold on the starter's job -- and make his own statement about how his senior season will unfold. He completed mat drills weighing a solid 195 pounds, yet hasn't lost the speed that makes him so valuable in FSU's offense..
