Hoover, Ala., offensive lineman Ryan Pugh transferred from Spain Park just weeks ago, but it didn't take him long to get settled in at his old cross-town rival.

Pugh, arguably the state's top offensive line prospect in 2007, has adapted well to his new environment. It helped having played against the Buccaneers the last few years.

"It's going real good. We're in the middle of spring practice right now," said Pugh. "It wasn't tough. I had known a lot of them from playing them. I played with a bunch of them at the all-star game and that made the transition a lot easier when I went over to start practicing."

One major difference in his new team is the depth of talent.
