Rivals100 Corley making the rounds
Although Mobile, Ala., McGill-Toolen defensive end Sidell Corley committed to the University of Florida over the spring, he has been active on the college summer camp circuit over the past six weeks. While the 6-foot-4, 250-pounder has been making the rounds, it has been as an observer rather than a participant.
Corey, the No. 59 rated prospect in the nation, has accompanied his friend and fellow Rivals100 prospect Michael McNeil to several camps this summer. First up was Alabama and then over the past ten days he has visited Florida State and Auburn.
Both Corley and McNeil have spoken several times of their desire to play together. In the world of recruiting, package deals are a dime a dozen. Though they are often talked about, they very rarely ever pan out.
This may be the exception to the rule.
"We're not going to choose a school just because the other one wants to go to that school, but at the same time we do want to go to the same school," explained Corley, the No. 2 rated prospect in the state of Alabama."
