LSU head coach Les Miles and the Tiger football program picked up their second offensive line pledge for the 2007 recruiting year when New Iberia-Catholic tackle Josh Dworaczyk gave his pledge Wednesday afternoon.
"I committed," Dworaczyk said.
The 6-foot-5 ½, 270-pound prospect received a scholarship offer from Les Miles two weeks ago when he was on campus for an unofficial visit. All that was left for him to do was return to LSU with his parents so they could learn more from the Tiger coaches.
"We get there around 11'o clock and they had a student advisor give us an academic tour," Dworaczyk said. "We went around campus and looked at different things and got a chance to go and see the apartments that they live in and then we went back up and talked to Coach Miles, Coach Mallory and all of the coaches.
"They stressed on my athletic ability and that being the reason why they really wanted me."
