Day two in the books
Thunderstorms forced the Razorbacks indoors Sunday afternoon for the team's second practice of the 2006 season. The plan was to take Sunday off and come back on Monday, but that plan changed following Saturday drills.
Arkansas coach Houston Nutt wanted to place an emphasis on practice habits. The players need to work with a "sense of urgencey," do a better job of breaking the huddle, and do everything full-speed. Nutt said they can correct a mistake, but they cannot fix a mistake if it is made by a loafing player, and it takes every player on the field working as one well-oiled machine to win games in the SEC.
"You're still evaluating and learning," Nutt said. "I thought it was necessary to come back on the field today, again, after watching some film and making some corrections."
