Kelly might indeed be a good coach. However, he let the spotlight get to him Thursday night, and it might have single handedly cost his team the game. His first blunder was going for it on 4th and 8 from his own 27 yard line in the 2nd quarter. Kelley's, reasoning was, "We got a play on that we liked." Really? Was that the reason? Wow, that would make me feel much more reassured if I was a CMU fan. If Steve Spurrier thought like this he'd go for it every 4th down! Anyways, B.C. took advantage of that gift and it lead to their 2nd touchdown making the score 17-3.
