Yandell sets first visit to Georgia Tech
Georgia Tech's season opener against Notre Dame attracted a lot of recruits to Atlanta, including Ponte Vedra, Fla., Nease offensive lineman Clyde Yandell. The three-star prospect liked what he saw that weekend so he's decided to book a return trip next month for an official visit.
"The opening weekend on Sept. 2 I was at Georgia Tech for the GT-Notre Dame game," Yandell said. "That went really well. I really enjoyed my time at Georgia Tech. I was really impressed with everything. I didn't know what to expect going there because it's right in downtown Atlanta. The campus is really nice. I didn't feel like I was half a mile from downtown Atlanta. It was really impressive. I really enjoyed myself. I liked it a lot."
