Time to fine-tune
Arkansas' offense hit a bit of a snag last weekend against Alabama, but there was still improvement overall from the previous week, and the Hogs have an extra week to find tune for Auburn.
There were several factors for a struggling passing game against the Crimson Tide; one problem that arose before the game was true freshman quarterback Mitch Mustain's fatigued throwing shoulder, but likely playing a larger role in the three-interception day was a confusing and talented Alabama defense.
"I think they do a really good job of moving around and making it a little bit confusing. But again, that's something we're going to keep seeing, so we've got to be prepared for it next time," Mustain said. "It's pretty good. It was a little tired the other day. I don't know if that was part of it, but we've got a whole week to get it back in shape and still kind of keep our timing. Hopefully we can get rid of that."
