Newnan (Ga.) quarterback Thomas Darrah appears to be Division I-AA-bound.

The 6-foot-6, 190-pounder is only hearing from one Division I-A program at this time and the interest has not resulted in a scholarship offer.

"Illinois is still looking at me," he said. "We're still sending off stuff. I don't know yet."

A pair of Division I-AA programs, including one powerhouse and one from the always-tough Southern Conference are showing the strongest interest at the moment.
