Kinne talks Texas

Orangebloods.com The Texas Longhorns received good news on December 28 when Gilmer senior quarterback G.J. Kinne accepted a scholarship offer from Mack Brown. The 6-2, 207-pound quarterback filled a need for the Longhorns in the 2007 class with his decision to attend Texas. Orangebloods.com caught up with Kinne this weekend to get his thoughts on his commitment.
Kinne is a Texas kid born and raised that has been a fan of the Longhorns his entire life, so making a decision to accept a scholarship offer Mack Brown December 28 was an opportunity that gunslinger could not pass up. The reigning two-time Class 3A offensive player of the year said the decision was a fairly easy one.
