Arizona handles UW's best shot
Something that has become painfully obvious since Arizona has become successful is that the Wildcats are likely to get the opponent's best game every single night. Thursday night was no different as Washington played one of the better games that the Huskies have played this season.
With that being said, the better team on the floor won and fortunately for everything Arizona, the Wildcats are simply the better team on both teams' best night.
Arizona took Washington's best shot in the first half and only came out with a slight deficit. Whether it was Quincy Pondexter or Spencer Hawes hurting Arizona in the paint, the Wildcats seemed to be in trouble.
However, one thing that stuck out was that Arizona never seemed to lose focus. Considering the team was on the road and Washington was hitting its shots, Arizona seemed to remain calm and play within its game plan.
