Callahan hits the Omaha-Metro area on Monday
Nebraska head coach Bill Callahan and offensive line coach Dennis Wagner hit the Omaha-Metro for most of the day on Monday visiting five area high schools.
Callahan and Wagner went to Harlan (Iowa), Omaha North, Omaha Westside, Elkhorn and Millard North to check in on several different prospects.
They visited Harlan to evaluate 2008 NU offensive line commit Dan Hoch, North to see 2007 Husker wide receiver commitment Niles Paul and Westside to check in on 2008 running back commit Collins Okafor.
At Elkhorn, Callahan stopped in to visit with head coach Mark Wortman about the recruitment of offensive lineman Trevor Robinson, who just picked up his sixth written offer from Iowa on Monday.
During their visit to Millard North, Callahan and Wagner spoke with Mustang head coach Fred Petito about 2008 linebacker/safety prospect Sean Fisher, who also currently holds a Husker offer.
