Wilson slowly narrowing list

WVSports.com CHAPEL HILL, N.C.-Christian Wilson has 47 total offers to date, but slowly, surely, he is cutting them down. Wilson has become acutely knowledgeable at the recruiting game between colleges, his high-school coaches at McKees Rock (Pa.) Montour and his family. Then there are other schools like Ohio State. Wilson said that head coach Jim Tressell certainly wanted a commitment out of the TE-DE-OLB early as a tight end. Since the Buckeyes have committed a handful of tight ends and linebackers already, he might have slid a bit on their board. Make no mistake, Wilson, who has been offered at West Virginia as a linebacker-defensive end, remains interested in the Buckeyes. But perhaps he has more interest for schools which are now making him their No. 1 man. He mentioned Michigan and North Carolina are recruiting him as the No. 1 tight end prospect.
