The Buckeyes landed a commitment from linebacker Andrew Sweat from Washington (Pa.) Trinity on May 31. There has been speculation they could make a pitch for Sweat's teammate, linebacker Mike Yancich.

The 6-foot-2 and 220-pound Yancich has about 30 offers, including Boston College, Georgia Tech, Penn State, Iowa, Michigan State, Western Michigan and Virginia.
