Hicks shows skills at QB and WR
Antoine Hicks was one of four Texas Longhorn commitments that worked out at two positions at the recent Longhorn mini-camp. Both Hicks and Riley Dodge spent time at quarterback and wide receiver, Dravannti Johnson worked out at defensive end and linebacker, and Justin Tucker lined up at kicker and wide receiver.
As for Hicks, the 6-foot-2, 193-pound athlete felt like he performed well at both wide receiver and at quarterback, although he spent the majority of his time at wide out.
With his commitment to Texas now more than four months old and his camp visit behind him, Hicks's commitment to the Longhorns couldn't be more solid. He's tuned out all other schools that have tried to show an interest, and he's never considered backing down from his pledge.
