Oher earning preseason accolades
Expectations are high for the men in the offensive trenches this season at Ole Miss. One big reason for high hopes from the offensive line is junior left tackle Michael Oher.
Oher has already earned numerous preseason honors, showing up on plenty preseason all-SEC teams. He also is on the Outland Trophy "Watch List", an award given to the nation's top offensive lineman.
After successfully moving from right guard to his current position before his sophomore season, Oher anchors an improving offensive line with four returning starters.
"The first unit is really athletic and strong. I really don't see any weak points right now," Oher said. "We're a totally different group from last year when we played Memphis. We're a totally different team."
