(Kellen) Moore to Come?

Blue-Turf.com BOISE- Ah, the first scrimmage, the time for the media to over-analyze everything. Especially with the interesting twist that presented itself in the quarterback race.
Junior Bush Hamdan, who is supposedly one of the front-runners, didn't play in Saturday's scrimmage. He has a sprained wrist and had to sit out a few practices last week. Hamdan watched senior Taylor Tharp complete 7-of-13 passes for 116 yards, and sophomore Nick Lomax reach his target on 8-of-13 passes. But you know who also looked impressive in Saturday's scrimmage? Freshman Kellen Moore.
The left-handed QB had the highest passer rating of any BSU quarterback (137.05), and sure, you could argue most of it was against the third-team defense. But still, this is a guy who was in high school last year.
