Did the visit help UGA with Commings?
Georgia played Oklahoma State Saturday night on ESPN and that meant big time recruits were in the stands. One of the top prospects there that was not already committed to the Dawgs was Sanders Commings.
"The atmosphere at Georgia was great," said Sanders. "The crowd was really energetic and they really love and support their players there. It was really a great atmosphere."
The game kicked off at 6:52pm EST, but the prospects arrived in Athens early in the afternoon.
"We got there and hung out a little bit before we ate at 4:00pm. After we ate, we watched a couple highlight films on Georgia before we loaded the bus and headed to the Dawg Walk."
"We were able to watch the Dawg Walk and then we went into the stadium to see the player go through pre-game. The Dawg Walk was great. The fans really get the players pumped and the crowd was already loud during pre-game too."
