UCLA had a very good week of practice. They piped in the fan noise as they did for Utah so the players could get use to a hostile environment that is sure to greet them in Corvallis, that and a very stingy defense. The Bruins can ill afford a letdown and if this week's practice is any indication there won't be.

Games, however isn't practice and Oregon State also is in need to this win contest so this is a very important game for both teams.

As usual on Thursday it was a short meeting between UCLA coach Karl Dorrell and the media.

Dorrell: "It was a good practice in the noise.

How has Ben Olson looked in practice?

Dorrell: "He's doing well, doing good. He did good today and he had a good practice yesterday so he's getting ready to play a great game.
