It's been a tough couple of weeks for Strongsville, Ohio wide receiver D.J. Woods.

Woods was putting up huge numbers for his high school team and was on his way to a possible record-breaking season. According to The Plain Dealer in Cleveland, over two weeks ago, the Nebraska-bound receiver found out some bad news that he may have a possible tumor in his lower back after what he thought was a minor back injury in a practice.

Woods' mother, Kelly Woods, told HuskersIllustrated.com on Monday that doctors will know for sure if it's a tumor after more tests and surgery, which is being scheduled as soon as possible.
