2009 QB visits UGA two weeks in a row
A prospect on the Georgia radar is a local quarterback right outside of Athens. Zach Mettenberger of Oconee County has picked up three early offers, he is being recruited by almost everyone in the South and he has spent the last two weekends at the University of Georgia.
"The Kentucky game atmosphere was definitely more chilled or relaxed," said Mettenberger. "It was still nice, but it not as exciting as it was for the Auburn game the week before."
"I have been to a lot of games at Georgia and those 12:30pm games are always like that. I think people are still sluggish on Saturday mornings or something."
Sluggish was definitely not what the fans were like in Athens the week before for the Auburn Blackout.
"That was the best atmosphere I have ever seen by far," stated Mettenberger. "It was really awesome and that doesn't even describe it. I have been to probably 30 or so Georgia games and that was definitely the best one."
