College coaches were allowed to start making in-home and school visits with prospects following the Thanksgiving weekend. Michigan defensive coordinator Ron English made one of his first stops to a place he is becoming quite familiar with over the last two years, Long Beach Poly High in California.

Michigan has offered two safeties out of Poly: 6-3, 215-pound Herman Davidson and 6-2, 180-pound Vaughn Telemaque.
