Big weekend at USC
The sprint to signing day has begun, and while the recruiting trail has its twist and turns, USC cannot afford to slow down.
The Trojans will host several un-committed visitors this weekend, including Jerrell Harris of Gadsden (Ala.), T.J. Bryant of Tallahassee (Fla.) and Vaughn Telemaque of Long Beach (Calif.).
Harris returns to USC after taking an unofficial visit with his father in December for the Trojans' match up with cross-town rival, UCLA. Harris has already officially visited, Alabama, Auburn and Clemson. The fact that he returns to Los Angeles is significant, seeing that most Southeastern recruits never experience a trip out west more than once.
At 6-foot-3, 225-pounds, Harris fits the mold of a USC linebacker to a tee. While some schools may look at the four-star prospect as a defensive end, Harris' size is on par with what USC currently lines up at the linebacker position.
