The Florida Gators picked up their eighth commitment of the recruiting cycle on Monday afternoon when Greer (S.C.) tight end Desmond Parks phoned Urban Meyer and committed to attending the University of Florida.

According to Parks, he's known where he wanted to go for quite some time.
