Seminole secondary in lock down mode

Warchant.com Much like managers do in the business world, Florida State defensive coordinator Mickey Andrews meets with each of his players at the end of spring practice for an annual review.
During those meetings, the information flows both ways. Andrews offers his personal evaluations; the players evaluate themselves; together, they create a list of goals for the coming season; and finally, they devise a plan to achieve those goals.
Andrews does it with every single defensive back. Every year.
