After a couple of so-so recruiting cycles in a row, the North Florida region looks to be loaded for the class of 2010. There are many top prospects in the area who are fighting for the overall top billing - one such player is Jacksonville (Fla.) Jackson standout Derek Owens. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound athlete has caught the eye of several top coaches, including Florida's Urban Meyer.
