Brehaut excited for chance

True freshman quarterback, Richard Brehaut received the news he has been hoping for. He learned he would get meaningful playing time when the Bruins play Oregon State on Saturday. One of the reasons he worked so hard to graduate early was so he could participate in spring ball and compete for the starting job.

Though that didn't happen, Brehaut has never stopped pushing or working hard, just in case his opportunity would arise. BruinBlitz.com talked to Brehaut to get this thoughts on his pending opportunity.

BruinBlitz.com: How excited are you for your opportunity on Saturday?

Brehaut: "I'm really excited to know that it is a definite thing now, not just 'we're going to try and get him in there', but it is a definite thing. So I am definitely excited about finally to get this opportunity. I've been working for this ever since I arrived here so I'm glad it is finally here and I'm going to prepare myself so that I can fully take advantage of it."
