UF ready for second exhibition game

The Florida basketball team, which begins regular-season play Nov. 12 vs. UNC-Wilmington, plays its second and final exhibition tonight at home against Georgetown College. To advance today's game, here are some quick notes about the team.

*How have Florida's five freshmen handled the transition to college thus far? Reasonable well, according to Florida coach Billy Donovan. "They've been pretty good so far," Donovan said. "Their energy, their effort. I think the thing that's probably hitting them right now is the constant adding. You know, every day you're putting something else in -- the bounce play, a new side of the bounce play, a new set, a different wrinkle in our press, special situations, end of score, five seconds to go in the game, length of the floor, five seconds to get it inbounds, a minute and a half to go in the game, when to foul, when not to foul. All of that."
