Dawson: Striking a balance

When looking for balance it's hard to get much closer than the No. 11 West Virginia (1-0, 0-0) offensive effort against Marshall (1-1, 0-0) in the opening game of the season.

The Mountaineers ran the ball 35-times for 331 yards and threw the ball 39 times for 324-yards, accumulating 31-first downs and nine offensive touchdowns en route to a 69-34 victory. But the term balance has a different meaning for the West Virginia coaching staff.
