Jefferson: 'I'm Really Serious About Oklahoma'

Coming into his visit to Oklahoma Chula Vista (Calif.) Eastlake star Tony Jefferson worried somewhat about how he would fit in with a team without a single player from the Golden State. However on the visit itself he had a chance to hang out with fellow Californian, and visitor, Victor Burnett.

The one thing both were excited about when coming to Norman was to see how seriously college football is in the state of Oklahoma.

"We are both city boys, we came from places where there is a lot to do all the time and stuff and Oklahoma isn't like that except for on campus. Outside of the school there isn't a lot to do but on the football team you can find something to do almost every weekend," Jefferson explained. "As a football team, they treat you like God."
