Cornerbacks are competing for time

When the Florida Gators went into fall camp, one of the biggest questions they faced was who would replace All-American cornerback Joe Haden.

Even after fall camp, the cornerback battle opposite Janoris Jenkins was still up in the air, as redshirt sophomore Jeremy Brown and senior Moses Jenkins competed for the vacant spot.

Since the season began, the Gators have lost Jenkins with a hyper extended elbow. Last week, Brown missed most of the second half with a strained hamstring.

So naturally, it would be safe to assume Florida has a huge question mark at the cornerback spot heading into its annual rivalry game against Tennessee this week.
